The Elephant In The Room
When Familiar is Like a Drug
(A Done Deal Degreaser Moment)
(by Susan James)

Not too long ago, I was in a retail store.
Something told me to turn around. On the floor, in
the middle of nowhere was a silver ceramic
Elephant.

What this meant to me was this: There was
something I was not paying attention to or
understanding, and it was a big deal. It was such a
big deal that I couldn’t see it, or didn’t see it.
It was a can’t see the forest for the trees thing.

It hung in the back of my mind for weeks. I still
hadn’t done anything about it. Done anything such
as use the ‘Done Deal Degreaser’ to find out what
this was. What was so big, that I didn’t see it?

The days of me needing to use the degreaser daily
or even weekly had past long ago. And I am
thankful. BUT..it was apparent now was the time
to pull it out again.

After I did finally address it with Done Deal
Degreaser, two things became loudly apparent.

1. I had a huge build of energy via my asking. By
asking I mean, using higher tools of desire
fulfilment. I had this huge build up of energy but
there was something I was not letting go of.
This was like the damn was about to break. The
pressure was building.

I knew that if I did not find out what this ‘holding
on’ thing was, then this huge build up of desire
fulfilment energy would have to break out
somewhere some how and it wouldn’t feel very
good.

I did not want that. The asking energy is much
more powerful than what had become too familiar.

2. Part of my discovery was regarding prosaic. Not
the drug prosaic. (The medication which helps
many, as I understand it, and no I’ve never taken
it.) The definition of prosaic: common place or
dull, matter of fact or un-imaginative. A prosaic
mind (drab-dull).
Meaning: Familiar is Like a Drug-prosaic.

Somehow something within me had become so
familiar that I couldn’t see it or feel it. And that
place of familiar was holding me from the flow I
kept asking for. And the flow I had been asking for
was about to break the dam, if I did not leg go of
whatever belief I had which had become ‘familiar’.

Did I finally see what I had been holding to?
YES I DID.
And I knew that I did not need to do anything
about this. I did all that was needed by surfacing
and acknowledging ‘the elephant in the room’.

The VERY NEXT DAY a huge piece of ‘my
asking’ nicely flowed to me. The only thing I had
to do, was to see what the elephant in the room
was in actuality. DID and DONE DEAL!
